Art Birthday Parties for Kids – out of the studio

Our Art Birthday Party is custom designed for your child to create fond memories for years to come. Relax and leave all the work to us. Every birthday party that we offer includes a 2-hour art class of your choice. Each guest will be able to take home a completed acrylic or tempera painting on canvas and a second art project (clay sculptures, box of slime, or small crafts). You are free to serve any nonalcoholic refreshments, cake, cupcakes, and snacks that you would like (please take into account any guests with allergies). There must be a minimum of 8 people attending your event. If your group is larger than 12, please contact us to see what we can do to accommodate your group at your place. If your group is smaller than 8, you must still pay the full package price as if there were 8. 
All parties are required to put down a $120 deposit to reserve the date and time for your event. No event scheduled date is secure until the deposit is paid.

Birthday Package Art & Crafts – PRICE $340

• Art & Crafts Party for 8 children (ages 5 or older)
• 2-hour art birthday party at your home (backyard, deck, garden), or chosen venue
• 1 main art project (painting on canvas 11 X 14) choose the theme (books, games, movies, hobbies, sports, artists, etc.)
• Ceramic clay modeling & sculpting projects (color of clay may vary)
• Arts & crafts party favors (goodie bags) for all kids at the party (decorated according to the theme)
• Arts & crafts gift for Birthday Child
• Drink (bottled water available)
• Paper plates, napkins, plastic tablecloths & utensils are included (Birthday Child chooses two favorite colors).
• Rustic Square invitation (jpg file)
• Each party is a custom theme design
• Disposable aprons distributed
• Large paper bags for artworks and Styrofoam plates/trays for sculptures

* Please remember that there is no pizza included in our out-of-studio package. The package price includes transport, set up (we come 30-45 minutes early), clean up after the party (usually takes us 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the party), and transport of equipment back to the studio.

Party Extras:

• Additional children: $30 per child.
• Additional time: 30 minutes of the party for only $50
• If your party is located more than 30 minutes away from our studio, an additional charge will be taken, starting from $50.
• We provide equipment (tables and chairs) for $50, with a maximum of two tables (accommodation for 12 guests) and 16 chairs. 
• Custom (movie or games character) party theme table set up & decorations $50
• Additional 10% price fee with bookings on Sundays or during long weekend breaks (Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, etc.)

Birthday Package Art & Slime – PRICE $380

• Art & Slime Party for 8 children (ages 5 or older)
• 2 hours of an art birthday party at your home (backyard, deck, garden), or chosen venue
• 1 main art project (painting on canvas 11 X 14) choose the theme (books, games, movies, hobbies, sports, artists, etc.)
• 1 slime activity project (color of slime and glitter chosen by child, glowing in the dark – optional)
• Arts & crafts party favors (goodie bags) for all kids at the party (decorated according to the theme)
• Arts & crafts gift for Birthday Child
• Drink (bottled water available)
• Paper plates, napkins, plastic tablecloths & utensils are included (Birthday Child chooses two favorite colors).
