Art Birthday Parties for Kids
Terms & Conditions
Event Time: 2 hours party is included in each package you order with us. Available 1 extra hour for purchase. Please check our “Extras” list. All extras must be ordered no later than 7 days prior to the party.
The birthday party’s final price is based on the number of guests who attend the party. If this number exceeds the amount indicated on the package of your choice, additional per-guest fees will apply.
Event Capacity: Min. 8 – Max. 12 children at the party. Guest’s age range: children from 5 years or older. Drop-off only.
Event Deposit: We ask for a deposit in the amount of $120 to confirm a party and hold that date. The deposit is fully earned and non-refundable. The deposit will apply toward the final service fees. The deposit is due on the date of accepting our offer. The deposit must be paid at least 14 days prior to the requested reservation date. No event scheduled date is secure until the deposit is paid.
Terms of Payment and Final Payment: We accept Cash, Checks, or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Union Pay logo). The final balance due is payable on the day of the party, based on the final guest count and extras. There is a $25 late fee for each day after the day of the party. No credits will be given for unattended guests. Please note that there is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Sunday party: In order to have a party on Sunday, there is an extra 10% fee prior to the package of your choice.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fee in the amount of $150 will be deducted from your total payment. Rescheduling is available upon request. We can’t guarantee Saturdays or Sundays for your rescheduled party.
Check-In Procedures: Check-in is at least 15 minutes prior to the party. If any of your guests run late party starts 15 minutes after the scheduled time. All the late guests will be updated to match the theme and art project during the party after they will come. If your guest runs late party can be a maximum of 30 minutes long without any extra charge. All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 30 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time.
Advertising & Publicity: Rustic Square LLC reserves the right to photograph or film students and their work for advertising and publicity purposes. Rustic Square LLC reserves the right to use the client’s artwork for exhibition at no charge.
Privacy Policy: Rustic Square LLC will not share any of your personal information with other individuals, companies, or any type of entity.
Beverages & smoking: No alcohol allowed during the event. Smoking is not permitted.
Decoration: No air or helium balloons, masks, glitter or confetti allowed during the event. No decorations may be “pinned” or nailed to any surface.
Pets: No pets allowed during the event.
Vendors: no other vendors are allowed during the event.
Important information for parents/guardians: Children wear waterproof aprons during the party however they may get messy from acrylic paints that are not washable from the clothes, only from a body. So make sure they wear no expensive, simple and comfortable clothes for them they attend an art birthday party like a guest. While we take care to perform reasonable caution, we cannot be held responsible for any damage done to clothing.
Extra canvas per child during the party costs $5 each:
Outside Food: You may bring cake, cupcakes, fruits or snacks, to serve during the event, non-alcoholic beverages to serve during the birthday party, we are not taking responsibility for food from other vendors.
During Event: Presents are not allowed to be opened during the party. Gifts can be stored by the designated guides. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen gifts during the duration of the party. All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times.
Damages: Any damage shall be reported to us as soon as damage is discovered. If any portion of the event facility and equipment is damaged by any act, omission, default, or negligence of the host or guests, the host shall pay us upon demand the cost of repairing the damages in excess of the security deposit.
Parking: There is free parking available to the public. We can’t guarantee free parking space during the event.
Liability Release: By registering in a party, class, camp, or workshop, event you waive any and all liability against Rustic Square LLC for injury, illness, loss of property, or any other form of loss.
In the case of a Natural Disaster or a circumstance beyond vendor’s control: in the case that an event has to be canceled due to a natural disaster (snowstorm, tornado, hurricane, etc.) or a circumstance beyond vendor control (epidemic, curfew, power outage, etc.) the event full payment will be held and the event will be rescheduled to a date that both the venue and contractor can agree to with no conflict.
Due to covid-19 we practice social distancing, small group environments, masks or shields are required, drop in and drop off parents/guardians mask required, practicing handwashing, and sanitizing.
By making a payment you acknowledge you have read & freely accept all the terms above without any exceptions.
